Sending MMS on Moto v3

Unable to send, phone comes up saying its transfferred x amount of bytes,
then says unable to send MMS and sometimes reboots if I go back in to the
MMS in the outbox.

I'm on Vodafone, Singlepoint. About to ring them, but wondering if it could
be a firmware issue.

Anyone else on Voda Singlepoint having troubles?
