Can anyone tell me how to restore the factory setting on a Motorola v500?
Is there a default code?
If there is one does anyone know what the code is?

You mean other than the Master Reset & Master Clear options in the initial
setup menu?

HELP PLEASE:: i have the same prob. my v500 aslo needs a master rese
but i don't know the code? i heard its 52 but not so sure
