How do I ???

OK the V710 is working fine, and I have the USB cable/Mobile office set up
working fine. So how do I transfer ring tones to it from my old 720? what
software is used to access the files on these phones and used to transfer
pics, tones etc?

No software that I am aware of will work that way with the V710. I use a
128MB transflash card to transfer pics and sound files to the phone from my
PC.
