I recently broke my new phone and have to switch back to my other one...but it says that I need a "special code"...if you can help, that would be great, thanks. Posts: n/a Re: motorola i730 nextel Yes, I too have a Motorola i730 which I had a boost chip in and trie putting a nextel chip in, at which point it asked me for the "Specia Code".... Now I can neither put in the Boost Chip, which was in the phone when i was sold to me witohout minutes, nor the Nextel - as it asks me for th Special Code for both now.
