Suitable/Recommended upgrade from a V300?

Hi,

T-Mobile contract up for renewal v soon and a chance to upgrade the
handset - I am not that up to date with the latest phones - specially all
the bluetooth talk. Wondered if anyone had any recommendations as to what
sort of handset would be a good upgrade from my current V300?

(Apart from calls and txts I do use picture messaging a lot - so
camera/video would be good)
