J2ME - CommConnection

Hello,

I need to establish a connection from my Motorola V500 or any other mobile
to my pc via a serial cable in a J2ME-app.
It works actually, but only after plugging out and back the cable. Thats a
very nasty behaviour. Does anyone know how I can avoid this. Does any
other mobile have the same behaviour or it is just moto-style?
Which other mobile can do that, supports at least MIDP 2.0 and does not
have this sticky behaviour?
