Is there a program that will allow me to access my phone vis usb cable, to
u/l my own ring tones ETC: ?

I wish to put my own tones and maybe some java games vis usb from my pc.

There are several. Motorola Phone Tools from Motorola and P2KMan from the
internet are a couple.
