If you just got the phone, bring it back and ask them to exchange it for a newer one. You can check it out there in the store to make sure you get a new version. Otherwise... 1) Ask your provider if there is a service center you can take it to so you can upgrade it. My service provider sent me a replacement in the mail but it was obviously a referb...my original was in better shape so I kept my original. 2) Call Motorola and ask them if they have a local service center you can take it to. 3) Purchase MSS from VictorGSM for $600 U.S dollars to do it.
