V600

Posted: 08-20-2004, 06:42 PM
I have a V600 which the bluetooth audio is very distorted, I know it is not
the supplied headset as it works fine with other handsets.
Also using MPT I am now unable to retrieve the text messages from the
handset with bluetooth or the lead.
Any ideas for a resolution other thansending it back under warranty?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a problem with the BT hardware.

Have you tried master resetting the phone? (naturally clears all memory as
I'm sure you know).

Yeah, tried both resets, which worked the 1st time but not the 2nd, reloaded
MPT as well.
I have since purchased a K700i SE which is working a dream with my palm,
pity the BT zaps so much battery from the handset as the Moto seems to be
able to stay on and still last many days without a charge....

It's looking as if it's a trip to your local SC mate!

It looks so, its a shame as I really like flips and hope the moto was doing
it this time, looks like the Se is going to stay.
