Convert from a Nokia needs help please?

Afternoon all

As the title says I have just switched over from the rubbish Nokia 6820 and
have a query or 234!!!

I have bought a data cable (Ta eBay!!) and I have a disc but no idea just
what I need from the disc so that I can copy across my phone book to back it
up or get the cable to work really!!

All I want to do is back up the phone book so that I can clear the Sim so I
have no duplicate entries, that's my only gripe with the phone - think it s
great, taking my time getting used to the menu etc but hey-ho

I have read through the group and have also looked on v600.org and howards
forum but am totally lost/bewildered :-(
