V60 programming

I have 2 V60 AT&T phones. One I had turned off and switched to cricKet. the
other one is still connected to AT&T, but doesn't work(even after 4 trips
back to the factory). Can anyone tell me how I program by bad phone's number
into the other phone so I can have one working phone, with AT&T. My new
phone with cricKet works fine.
