just installed wm2003 and now i can't charge my phone (mpx200)

is this luck or is it the wm2003 the min i finished installing wm2003 on my
mpx200 my phone hasn't charged at bit. i noticed this half way during the
day when i didn't use my phone and it was sitting on the cradle. is this
2003 or just my phone being crappy?
