Boot up in Safe mode, Uninstall any hardware devices due to the
v220 in the Hardware Manager.

With phone not connected install the software.

Then connect the phone and let PLUG & PRAY do its thing,
assuming you have Windows XP.

Also some non Motorola Cables wont work (FutureDial included).
You do have a genuine Motorola Data Cable?
