EMS Manager + T720 phone - please help?

I've lost my phones original ringtones,and even doing a master reset hasn't
restored them.
I'm stuck, not being able to reload original tones and the phone won't let
me change to any new tones at all!
I'm asking again because I'd used an old email address with the last post.
