c550 file troubles

i have been trying for a week now various methods to transfer files
to or from this fone.
when i try p2k manager it crashes every time "do you want to send an error
report to microsoft"
bvrp mobile phone tools doesnt offer media transfer (or a skin) for the c550
victor gsm 3.6a and earlier versions give me the HASP error that someone
else above was getting "error 03"
i managed to transfer some java games with midway but they were for a
different model fone and u cant see half of them!
lol!
its been an ordeal!
if anyone can help me with some different software? working version of
p2kman or anyting that might help please email me
