v600 BT woes.

I am having a few problems with my GF's v600 BT services and need help.

Is it possible to connect 2 600's via BT? - We can't connect ours -
neither phone can find the other.

Also, my PC can transfer files to my phone no problem but not to hers
even though both phones are paired to the PC.

What gives?
