has ANYONE successfully upgraded the firmware for the Motorola T720 GSM?!

I can't seem to find a way to do this, and I've been at it for some time. I
bought the USB cable, installed lots of different software and downloaded
new firmware...nothing at all yet. I'm starting to think this is a snipe
hunt...
