NJ to join NY in driving Cell phone ban - Motorola 710 coming soon?

NJ will become the newest state to ban using a hand held cell phone while
driving starting July first. Now it will be against the law in both NY and NJ.
I have verizon and would like to get the rumored Motorola 710 so I can use a
bluetooth cord free headset when driving. I have tried the corded ones and
don't like them at all. Any Motorola rumors on when maybe the 710 will be
available? early fall is the last I heard, but the NJ ban starts in July.
