A835 'Unable to charge'

I've started getting this more frequent when charging the battery. Motorola
say it's 3 problem. 3 currently have me swapping batteries, rechargers etc.
Can anyone tell me what this problem is and what needs to be done to resolve
as I've not much confidence in 3 at the moment.
