mPT v2 and V400 question

Addressbook items can be stored on the SIM chip or on the v400 phone memory.

Is there a way of specifying where the addressbook entry should be stored
(phone or SIM) when using Mobile Phone tools to copy items to the phone?

This is important, because picture ID and some other features (voice
dialing) can only be associated with entries stored in the phone's memory
....
