Found it!

I have Ring Central (www.ringcentral.net) that has a similar feature on
their 800-Works service. It costs me $39.99 a month for unlimited inbound
calls from anywhere in the US, and I can have it ring 4 destination phone
numbers simultaneously.

Be careful with kall8 - I've been using them for ~3 months, and although
their features are wonderful, I've had several reports of misdirected
calls, and callers who get various telco error messages when attempting to
call. If you're counting on 100% of your calls getting through, you might
want to have each of your contacts test it for you before you commit to it
as a working solution.

I can see where there is a potential for errors, because of all the
changes involved. Telecom erors seem to go hand in hand with any kind
of data changes.
The price sounds good.

Vonage users get a cheaper toll-free number, and offer redirection to
cellular and other numbers, configurable in a very flexible way.

Coming in late here on the conversation. I also picked RingCentral for the
sake of the simultaneous-ring -- it rings my home, cell, and work numbers
simultaneously. Since I have unpredictable hours, and frequently go in and
out of cell phone range (cell phone coverage is not very good in the SF Bay
area) my callers always had to hunt around for me. Lots of other good
features too, like having it automatically label the e-mailed voice messages
with my address-book name of the caller. Over the first two weeks it has
worked really well and it looks like a keeper. My only wish is that I could
have kept my old local number (they're not set up for "local number
portability".)

They're idiots.

They claim local phone numbers in Victorville, but for my free trial
assigned me a number in (760) 301-xxxx.

I was able to dial it using seven digits, but I live in a weird area where
you can even dial *local toll or long distance* calls using seven digits as
long as they're in AC 760. 301-xxxx is in Ridgecrest, an hour north of
Victorville and a LD call away. Fortunately I only made a few test calls.

When I called and complained, they said "well, we only allow you to choose
your area code." Well then, why do you list cities when having people sign
up for a phone number? Then I was told "we do have a couple Victorville
numbers, but only a couple, but if you sign up now I can guarantee you one."
They couldn't tell me when they'd get more, said they had to order them in
blocks of 20. Great! So I call to complain and you turn around and try to
pressure me into paying for the service? Bite me.

Buyer beware if choosing RingCentral (and it's probably safer to stay away
from them).
