A835 memory fault

Has anybody sufferred from a memory fault with their A835 where you switch
on, all your saved files pics etc have been deleted yet there is no free
space on the phone meaning you are unable to save anything to the phone.

I have had it happen to two different A835's and with the second one it has
been repaired and happened again.
