Posts: n/a Re: Phone Tools ....or you can get it for free from www.motclub.com. I've posted detailedinstructions on finding and installing it in the last week or so that should be searchable. In a nutshell, click "programmas" to find it and install the older 1.xx version first. Then install 2.16 and it will upgrade itself to 2.20. As for why it isn't included in the price, obviously so they can keep the price of the phone down. I'd be surprised if more than 10% of buyers ever used the software.
