T731 Phonebook, how to clear ?

Hello,
lately bought a USB cable and software on e-Bay
have played with different software, all of them crashing here and
there.....

the more stable found yet was Mobile Phone Tools

2 questions:

1. cellular phone book is full
how can I clear in one shot (would not prefer to delete one by one on
the phone....)
2. since phone book is full, can it be why it is continually crashing ?

I am on Win XP, and would like to solve those crashings
best driver found yet is altough for T720c

any feed appreciated

well, master clear gets the phone back into the way it was when you first
bought it (EVERYTHING is erased, except for the life timer of course).
