motorola v600.... I'M GOING CRAZY...ARGH......

hello,

i've got a new V600 and there is a "feature" that runs me (and me collegues,
especially in meetings!) really C*R*A*Z*Y:

3-5 hours before the rechargeable battery pack runs out of power, the handy
produces some kind of "alert beep". this beep is loud and annoying and is
produced about every 5 or 10 minutes(!!!). so about 3 or more hours every 10
minztes there is a loud beep..beep...beep...bepp..... ARGH!

the only way to deactivate this signal is to set the ringtone to "vibration"
which makes it impossible to keep the phone within my jacket when this is
hung above a chair.

i really linke the V600, but this nerving alert-sound makes everyone in our
office crazy!!!!

is there any way to deactivate it?????
