Motorola V300 Hands Free Issue

I have no idea how it happened, but somehow I broke off the very tip
of my Handsfree ear piece in the phone itself.
1. Is there a way I can get it out myself?
2. If not will T-mobile charge to fix/replace the phone?
If anybody has an idea, I thank you in advance.
