Speakerphone Quality of LG VX4500?

Verizon America's Choice plan.
I'm addicted to the speakerphone on the Moto V60p and love the quality
of its sound, so I'm having trouble choosing a new phone. I have
considered the V60s but would like to move up to a color screen and to
be able to use some Get It Now apps. I have seen other posts here
saying that the LG VX4500's speakerphone quality is almost as good as
that of the Moto V60p/V60s, so I'm strongly considering the LG VX4500.
I went to a VZW store today that was very crowded, and I couldn't wait
for a rep to help me, so I just looked at the 4500 by myself briefly.
When I opened the phone, the sound of the voice prompt was so weak and
tinny (is that a word?) that I was very disappointed and left the
store quickly. But now that I'm home I've had a thought. Perhaps the
speakerphone was turned off and I was hearing the commands through the
ear piece at max volume instead of through the speakerphone. (Duh! I
know that sounds stupid, but there were five other people lined up
behind me wanting to get their hands on that phone and there was a lot
of noise in the store.)
Can anyone who has heard the speakerphone quality on both the Moto
v60s (or V60p) and the LG VX4500 give me your opinion of how they
compare. Could they be as different as seemed to me in the store
today? Could the sound through the 4500's earpiece have sounded like
a weak speakerphone?
Thanks for any information and suggestions. Verizon has a very
limited selection of phones, and none really meets all my preferences.
