T720 Needs a good 'tune-up' - help please!!

Anybody know of any motorola service centres here in north of england
(sheffield area)? My Moto T720 needs a firmware upgrade, inside and
outside plastic screens replacing (not the full lcd units, just the
plastics) and a general check-over. Anybody have a rough price for all
this?

Any help much appreciated,
