Blank screen - need help!

The screen on my V60 has gone blank, but the phone otherwise works ok.

I would like to copy my phone book entries to the SIM, (so that I can
access them on my new phone), but its hard when there's nothing to see
on the screen.

Can anyone help with the key sequence to save the phone book?

e.g. Menu, Down, Down, Down, Seelect, down, Select Select, etc.
