Moto T191 Dead

Got a T191 thats gone totally dead. Won't power up even with charger hooked
up.
I know this phone is troublesome but is there anyway to spark it into life
before
it goes in the bucket. Repair would cost more that the phone.
Sorry if I'm covering old ground but can't read previous posts.
