Vibration intensity of V60i

I have a Verizon V60i and have some issues with the vibration intensity:

1. I'm VERY hard of hearing, and, have to leave the phone on vibrate,
however, unlike my previous Nokia phone, I can't feel the vibration while
wearing on any kind of a belt holster I've tried, so, I end up having to put
the phone in my shirt pocket.

2. When the phone is bouncing around in my pocket, the external (not
the internal keypad keys) keep getting pushed, and, that usually changes the
ringing method off of vibrate.

So...

Are there any holsters or maybe accessories for deaf people that would
allow the vibration to be felt better?

And, how can I lock the external buttons?
