V525 and iPAQ h4350

Posted: 01-15-2004, 06:33 AM
I have an iPAQ h4350 PDA which I am using with a Motorola V525 phone over
Bluetooth. I have successfully connected to my Internet Service Provider
using an ordinary dial-up connection. Howver I would like to make a
connection using GPRS, but I don't really know where to start. Can anyone
point me in the right direction ? The phone itself is set up for wap
browsing etc over GPRS, but I have no idea how to set up the iPAQ ie dial
no, user and password etc. I use Vodafone UK as service provider. Any help
for a confused beginner would be much appreciated.

David

Hi David

If you go to vodafone.co.uk, click on 'site map' then look for GPRS and
somewhere under there is a link to 'set up your PDA'. Your particular model
isn't there but select the 3870 model and click the 'step by step guide'
link top right. In these pages are all the settings you require.

Hope this helps

Ted

PS Here is a direct link but its long and may wrap
