Yes. You need to ENABLE LONG DTMF. Unfortunately STARTAC is a very broad
name, and without a Model number hard to give you the exact key sequence. If
you do not have a Manual, simply go to Motos web site and sownload the
manual for your model StarTac. You will need Adobe reader it will be in PDF
format.
But hers the sequence for a 7868W Go into MENU then Arrow up/DN and stop at
DTMF Select. The 3 Oprtions are Short,Long and OFF. Set to LONG.
