Sync: What's the diff bt/Mobile Phone Tools (9854) & USB Data Kit (98326)?

I need to be able to sync to my phone (T720 GSM), and I'm looking at these
accessories. They look like they do basically the same thing. Does anyone
know what the functional difference between these packages are?
