V66 No dual SIM Card?

There doesn't seem to be a dual sim card holder available for the Motorola
V66. My T-Mobile V66 is triband GSM 1900, 900, 1800, so it works in
Europe, USA, Mexico, etc. Seems like the perfect candidate for a dual card
adapter. Any idea why no one makes one or better yet where to get one.
