moto is working on solfware up grade for the v60x.

I just got off the phone with Alltel I talked to three different people from
CS two of them said they have no Idea when they would have the software
upgrade. The third one I talked to said there never was a problem with the
phone and that I should go the local Alltel office and tell the sales people
there to call her and she would make them sell the phone.
It seem funny that people are have problems with the phone and all the CS
Reps. but one that I have talked to said stay away from that model until
they have the software fixed. I wonder who to believe?
