V60i Cuts Speaker When *228 Called

I've noticed that if my V60i is in its car kit (and therefore on
speakerphone), calling *228 cuts the speaker so that I can't hear
the voice prompts.

Does anybody know any way to get the speakerphone to continue to
work normally when calling *228?
