Why upgrade TrueSync to Mobile Phone Tools ?

Motorola recently released "Mobile Phone Tools", an upgrade to TrueSync.
What's different about the new upgrade? What more is there than to sync
phonebook numbers? I don't do emails/messages on my phone.
The current phonebook on the phone doesn't allow more than just numbers.
If the new upgrade allows storage/retrieval of more than just phone
numbers, like the address, notes, etc., then I can see how the new
upgrade is worthwhile. Has anyone tried the new Mobile Phone Tools?
