Sorry, don't have time to reformat for this forum.
Would post repair flowcharting that shows how 3 judge the phone and
the owner and where the apparent faulty unit is to go and whether
replacement comes from refurbishment pool etc. etc. very interesting
I've got many other documents that tell the inner operations/working
of 3. Heres some stuff to assist in getting repairs/replacements.
NB there are NO spare parts left in Australia for the 606, so
Hutchison will have to replace with 616 or 920, which they are doing
or promising when 616 is out and more stock of 920 in of which there
is an expected oversupply - help yourself! They are still dumping 808s
on the unwary of course. All they are left with is delay tactics.
