A920 BlueTooth/IrDA ? How to activate?

Having just received a new A920 I cannot find how to enable the IrDA and it
doesn't even look like it has BlueTooth - can anyone help on this??

Sorry, but how exactly do i contact this giles charecter on 133320>?

apparently the hardware is there but moto havent got the software together
for it to be activated
