To get it to work, I have to do the following.
Plug the phone into the USB port before turning on the computer.
Turn the computer on.
Go into the Device Manager and run the diagnostics - I think it's under
the advanced tab in the Motorola USB Modem properties.
Start the Mobile Office dialer.
That sequence usually works. If it doesn't, I re-install the drivers
and do it again.
Not too much of a pain in the a$$!?!
