sim pin 2

Hi all i have the motorola c333 under passwords security , new passwords it
has sim pin and sim pin 2 when i select sim pin 2 to change it it says
"blocked" , any idea why it is doing this ? also what exactlly is the simpin
2 for ?

i can change all otehr passwords on the phone just not the sim pin 2 , i am
with rogers at&t in canada , thank you .

It blocks after three attempts, it also happened to me last night.
I'm glad the phone still works!
