Bluetooth for T280i?

I'd like to add Bluetooth to my T280i. This phone apparently was
distributed only in UK and Italy, so model-specific electronics like this
are hard to find in the USA.

I'm aware that a discontinued CDMA phone, the T270C, also had a Bluetooth
module that clamped onto the back of the phone, but I have no idea whether
they are hardware compatible with the 280i.

I came upon a bunch of eBay auctions like this:

The seller claims the 270C and 280i use the same Bluetooth kit but I've
been skeptical. Before I make a $70 mistake, can anyone speak form
knowledge on this issue? Thanks.
