v. user code

Hi!

I recently dug out my good old v. (mot v.3688) cos my old mobile went
to hell. (and the bat was surprisingly perfect :-)

Now I discovered that I don't know the security code anymore.
Is it possible to reset the code without cable?

Question 2: How to remove the startup logo. This mobile has been
simlocked by D1 germany and is free now. So how to get rid of the
f*ckin' logo they put in when sold in former times???
