I transitioned from a StarTac 7790i to a V60Ti and the ONLY thing I do
not like about it is the near total lack of a decent holster for it.
I found a great one, though, so I am happy.
I find the audio to be equal to or better than the StarTac 7790i in
comparable digital signal areas. And poor battery life? Surely you
jest! I have the standard (ie., not the slim) and it lasts a full 7
days with about 30 minutes of talk time. I don't use it much, so I
don't have figures for heavier talk time. But that is at least three
times the battery life of the StarTac 7790i under the same conditions.
I think I found one software bug where when you attached the battery
charger it charged but it changed the ring style. It stopped doing
that and has never done it again.
The voice dial has worked for me 100%. Maybe there are words that it
has a hard time distinguising between?
Maybe there is something wrong with yours.
