MTF files

I've used Motorola Media Manager to create a theme for my C350 (ringtone,
wallpaper and screensaver). MMM has now outputed my theme to a single file,
extension .mtf (I presume for Motorola Theme File). Any idea how to get it
onto my C350? I have a USB cable and the PST software which I have working
for sending just .gif's and ringtones, but I can't see any option in PST to
send MTF files.

If I just put files to my BT Internet free web space then type the direct
file address in the browser of my C350 I just get "internal server error
(500)" on my phone (it works fine navigating to it on the PC) - do I need to
put the file in WAP-web space or should any old web space do?
