hash code for master reset (v66e)

I have a v66e, locked to Orange with a pay as you go Sim Card. Recently, my
message & menu buttons have stopped working but I'm lead to believe I can
dial in a hash code which will reset the phone without the need to use the
menu button.
Can anyone help me out with the code I require to do this please??
