Data Cable and C333, what's the point?

Hey I just got a Motorola C333 and a data cable, but I can't figure out how
to do anything with it.

Using truesync I can download some contacts and daybook events, but thats
about it.

Is there a way to download ringtones or graphics to the phone using the
cable?
