That sounds like a very frustrating problem. Bear in mind that since
you paid by credit card, you can dispute the second charge with your
credit card company and likely win.

I've been with T-Mobile for over a year and have generally been happy
with their service. I've found their representatives to be more
knowledgeable than average and able to deal with most problems.

My primary complaint is the T720i, which is a buggy pile of crap.
Horrible camera, inconsistent UI, minimal J2ME support, crashes too
often. The unlimited GPRS data service is quite nice.

Now, perhaps in a few days I'll explain how they've dealt with a
billing mistake. My last phone bill was 154 pages long. 5434 text
messages in the space of 15 days. Up to 20 per minute. Obviously their
MMS billing system has broken in some way. They are investigating
it...

Oh, and those in other countries, remember that T-Mobile is an
international brand, and that other than the name and logo, there's
really very little in common in terms of policies, phones, etc. etc.

Umm Nope.. dispute it all you want.. youll lose... yo signed receipt at
store I have no doubt... TMobile supplied what YOU asked for on that bill...
It is not open for dispute..

If some wimp at your CC company does cahrge it back, TMobile WIll prevail
and you will pay damages when they get the charges back...
