PLS ADVISE: Need ultimate mobile for upto 7K...

Hi I am looking for ultimate mobile, features are as follows:

Camera : 1.3 Megapixel or More
Bluetooth: MUST
Infrared: Optional
Java Games Applications Installations: MUST
MP3 and VIDEO Player: MUST
External Memory card Slot: MUST

With the above features I have shortlisted NOKIA 3110 Classic @ Rs.6800/-. But I am interested in SONY,, so please suggest some handsets with above features and under budget.
You can also suggest SAMSUNG or MOTOROLA handsets, LG not preferred. I would like to receive yoru advise on ravishankar11584@gmail.com as the need is urgent and I may not check this post for replies frequently.
